Privacy and Data Protection

The Data Protection Act gives you the right to know what information is held about you and sets out rules to make sure that this information is handled properly.

Any personal information supplied to Perfect Health will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act and the Privacy and Electronic Regulations Directive. Such information may be used by the staff of both Perfect Health and your own insurers in making decisions about your insurance, on-going cover and the administration of any claims that should arise therefrom. Under the provisions of the Data Protection Act you may ask us for a copy of the personal records we hold about you. A charge may be levied by us for providing this service.

Perfect Health may make use of any personal data to make decisions about giving you information on other products and services that we think could be of interest to you, by phone, post or electronically.
