About Us

Perfect Health was formed in 1995 as an independent specialist Health Insurance Brokerage.  We provide completely unbiased, professional advice to our major Corporate, SME and individual Customers.  We are FSA registered Brokers ( No 463742) providing expert independent advice on Health Insurance, Group Income protection, Death in Service benefits, Dental Insurance, and International PMI, and Cash plans.

The Key principals of Perfect Health, Andrew Tripp and Peter Lowenberg, have over 40 years industry experience working with Providers, as well as in the intermediary community.  We have a firm belief in Customer service excellence, underpinned by ongoing training for all of our Staff.  We are founder Members of AMII ( Association of Medical Insurance Intermediaries) and we fully support to the CII/AMII professional examinations that our Staff are all enrolled in.  Andrew Tripp has served on the AMII committee for four years, and is currently Chairman of AMII.

We have invested significantly in our back office systems in order to deliver to our Customers the excellent service we strive for, and our retention rates and recommendations by existing Customers are testament to the service we deliver.  In times of escalating premiums with medical inflation, and the serious uncertainty surrounding Government NHS reforms, never has it been more vital for Consumers, whether commercial or private clients, to engage the services of an independent specialist such as Perfect Health.

In July 2011 we launched our own dedicated Health Cash Plan specifically designed to protect people from charges levied under the NHS “not free at the point of delivery” for treatments such as Dentistry, Optical Charges, NHS prescriptions, GP fees and NHS Car parking charges.  The policy also gives financial protection against costs incurred during a hospital stay, plus the unique benefit of opting for income protection for either three or six months if people are unable to work through accidents or serious illness.

 

Andrew TrippOur Chief Executive, Andrew Tripp, has over 18 years experience in the Health Insurance Industry, twelve years with major Health Insurance companies and six as an independent Healthcare Broker. He is the Chairman of Association of Medical Insurance Intermediaries (AMII).

Peter LowenburgPeter Lowenberg is the Managing Director at Perfect Health. His successful career spans over 25 years in Life and Health Insurance. He founded Perfect Health in 1996 and was joined by Andrew in 2005 when they formed Perfect Health Insurance Services Ltd. His previous experience includes being both the Area and Sales Manager for Norwich Union (now Aviva).
